A natural born healer of Celtic ancestry with the good fortune of growing up in the coutryside of Co. Clare, Ireland surrounded by beauty and mystic, I am a Reiki Master & Practitioner trained in the Usui Method. My interest in Reiki developed as a result of a long search to treat my chronic pain and fibromyalgia following my many hip replacements.
I credit Reiki with changing my life. I was lifted out of depression, received relief from severe, continual pain and discovered a greater ability to deal with the stresses of life.
I include a laying on of hands with the use of aromatherapy, healing crystals, meditation, and chakra balancing in my treatments.
My life’s mission is to help people like myself who are battling illness, depression and the stresses of daily life so that they can live life more fully and with joy.
I am a wife and mother of three - two daughters and a son. My life, while difficult at times like everyone else, is so blessed. We can get through anything when we are surrounded by a loving, supportive network of family and friends, as I have been, as I am.
As I continue on this wonderful spiritual path I will take what I learn and apply it to my practice as I believe it is my purpose here on earth to provide help, relief, laughter, and love and to teach others to help themselves, to believe in themselves, to find their spiritual path, their life's purpose.
